Cytomel T3 courseApril 16, 2022
What is Cytomel T3
Cytomel is the brand name for a medication called liothyronine sodium. It is not an anabolic steroid but a thyroid hormone. It is used medically for thyroid disorders, obesity, metabolic disorders and fatigue. More specifically, it is a pharmaceutical preparation made from the natural thyroid hormone triiodothyronine (T-3). Cytomel® accelerates the patient’s metabolism. This results in increased cellular activity, which leads to faster processing of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Athletes appreciate it because it helps to burn excess fat in the body. In preparation for competition, Cytomel® can significantly reduce body fat deposits without reducing caloric intake. In these cases, Cytomel® is often combined with Clenbuterol with excellent results. This combination of drugs is very popular lately, as it undoubtedly improves the appearance of muscles to a great extent, especially on stage. It has also been observed that when thyroid hormones are used in combination with steroids, it is possible to achieve significant anabolic effects, more pronounced than when steroids are used alone. This is most likely due to the faster recycling of proteins in the body, which increases the rate of accumulation of new muscle mass.
If you are considering taking this medication, you should be very careful and cautious, as there is a whole list of warnings and contraindications associated with the use of Cytomel® that should not be ignored. The list of side effects includes, but is not limited to, heart palpitations, agitation, respiratory arrest, arrhythmia, sweating, nausea, headaches and metabolic disorders. It is a potent hormone that can cause serious bodily harm if misused. If you are taking Cytomel®, remember to increase the dose very slowly. Generally, take 1 tablet of 25 mcg on the first day, then increase the dose every 3 or 4 days until you reach the maximum dose of 100 mcg. This regimen will allow the body to adjust to the increase in thyroid hormone levels and avoid disorders. The daily dose should also be distributed evenly throughout the day to maintain an even level of hormones in the blood. Women are more sensitive to the side effects of Cytomel® than men, so do not take more than 50 mcg per day.
Rules for taking the medication
It is important to note that a complete cycle should not last longer than 6 weeks and should not be stopped abruptly. The dose should be reduced as slowly (1 tablet every 3-4 days) as it is increased. Taking Cytomel® for a sufficiently long period of time and/or at high doses may result in thyroid dysfunction. The patient will then have to take Cytomel® for the rest of his or her life. Therefore, consult a specialist and have your thyroid gland checked before taking this medication. If the thyroid over-function is not detected in time, taking additional hormones will not help. Also, never buy this medication by injection. This form of release is for extreme situations and is very “strong” for athletes. Because T-3 is one of the most potent hormones used by athletes, it should not be used by beginning athletes. You should familiarize yourself with weaker products before using such a powerful product. The very popular Triacana is milder and can be used more freely (in terms of side effects) than Cytomel®. Between these two products is Synthroid (synthetic T-4), which is also weaker than Cytomel®. However, if your body is already sufficiently prepared, the fat-burning effects of the hormone in question can be simply amazing.
The active ingredient of this powerful fat burner is liothyronine. It is a thyroid hormone of synthetic origin. Liothyronine is completely identical to the endogenous hormone and has the same positive and negative effects.
Like steroids, thyroid hormones were developed for active medical use. However, due to the properties of the drug, they quickly found their way into sports. Its main positive effects are as follows:
- Metabolic processes are accelerated.
- The production of body heat increases.
- Actively uses adipose tissue.
- Stimulates the nervous system.
- Increases efficiency.
In many studies, researchers have found two important properties of liothyronine. First, it speeds up metabolism, which promotes faster utilization of adipose tissue. Second, it stimulates the nervous system, thereby improving motor and intellectual performance. Like all medications, Cytomel has side effects. At the outset, it should be emphasized that this drug is not a steroid and that athletes are guaranteed estrogenic, androgenic, and progestational side effects that are unrelated to progression. Tremors, anxiety, insomnia, fever, etc. may occur.
Athletes should therefore make sure they have no serious contraindications before starting a course. In addition, it is very important to strictly follow the instructions for using the fat burner. Cytomel can be recommended for athletes of different fitness levels. The product can also be used by female athletes. Thyroid hormones can generally be considered safe and highly effective.
Cytomel Liothronin sodium and its combination
As mentioned above, Cytomel Liothyronine Sodium ion is used in sports for powerful drying. It can be used alone or in combination with various pharmaceutical products. The recommended daily dose is 25-150 μg. Athletes should note that T3 is the most potent thyroid hormone. Therefore, its doses are approximately 4 times lower than those of T4.
Athletes most commonly take 50-100 mcg per day. It is recommended to divide the daily dose into several 25mcg doses. Don’t forget Cytomel’s ability to stimulate the nervous system. To avoid insomnia, the fat burner should be taken in the first half of the day. As mentioned earlier, thyroid hormones can be combined with steroids, peptides, and other fat burners. Combining Cytomel with Clenbuterol and yohimbine is most commonly used by athletes. However, very good results can also be achieved by combining the product with steroids.
An example of this type of course is the Cytomel-Testosterone Propionate combination. The daily dose of the thyroid hormone is 50 µg, while the propionate is taken every other day at a dose of 100 mg. The duration of such a course should not exceed six weeks. There are many ways to combine Cytomel Liothyronine Sodium. Athletes should be guided by their experience with the pharmacy as well as their goals when choosing a combination.
